Ugly Betty

As Becky’s dream to be part or into a publishing company which came true despite of her appearance, in fact this is the reason why she get hired by the powerful publisher, Bradford Meade to be his son’s secretary. Because of being a play boy, she is hired since Daniel, a newly editor-in-chief of MODE magazine wouldn’t even attempt to sleep with that kind of woman. At first, Daniel make sure to make Betty’s life miserable and hell at work. Now, the next thing to do is to overcome with people who loves irritating her, every single day in their work. Receiving verbal assault and other negative criticisms has been a part of her daily life but she can overcome all of these things with the help of her parents, sister and some of her co-workers and friends.

As the series passed Daniel started to gained respect with Betty because of the great skills and intelligence of Betty which helped him in many circumstances and situations.

Of course, in every drama, there is a rival and that is Wilhelmina Slater , the one who would do anything to have Daniel’s position and be on top.
